OUR MISSION
When Michelle's oldest son graduated from Oskaloosa High School in May 2022, she noticed all of the scholarships and grants were given out to seniors going to a community college or four year university yet nothing for those going into the trades. Growing up the daughter & granddaughter of Master Tradesmen (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sheetmetal) and understanding the desperate need to backfill those skilled experts as most in her dad's generation were starting to retire, the lightbulb went off and MVP LEGACY Foundation was born! A Non Profit organization for donor funds to turn into grants to be awarded at graduation. When you donate, you can donate to a general grant or donate with specific instructions to go towards a student already headed to your company. We want to help them get a good start in building their career and fill an ever growing need for the Building Industry.
